We understand that walking the entire 500-mile distance of the Camino de Santiago may not be feasible for everyone due to time constraints or physical limitations. That's why we have designed a special tour that allows you to experience the major cultural highlights of the Camino while traveling comfortably by private bus.
You will also walk the last 100 kilometers (approx. 62 miles) of the Camino de Santiago, allowing you to request your Compostela Pilgrim Certificate on arrival to Santiago.
With the group limited to just 16 participants, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience the Camino in a more personal and connected way.

Trip highlights:
1. Begin your Camino adventure in Bilbao, where the iconic Guggenheim Museum meets the rich culture and gastronomy of the Basque Country. Wander through the city’s historic streets before continuing to elegant San Sebastián, known for its beautiful La Concha Bay and seaside atmosphere. Here, you’ll also take your first steps along the Camino.
2. Continue to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, the traditional starting point of the Camino in France, before crossing into Spain and walking through the scenic landscapes toward Roncesvalles, an important historic and spiritual stop along the route. Then make your way to Pamplona, exploring its charming medieval center and learning about the traditions behind the famous San Fermín festival.
3. Travel onward to Burgos, one of the Camino’s most impressive historic cities, with time to admire its magnificent UNESCO-listed cathedral. From there, experience the vast, open landscapes of the Meseta, passing through peaceful countryside and charming medieval villages before arriving in León, home to one of Spain’s most spectacular Gothic cathedrals.
4. As the journey continues, enter Galicia, the lush region deeply connected to the story of Saint James. Visit the iconic Cruz de Ferro, where pilgrims have left stones for centuries, before reaching Sarria – the starting point for your final 100 kilometers on foot.
5. From Sarria, follow the famous yellow arrows through Galicia’s peaceful countryside, traditional villages, forests, and rolling hills. Along the way, discover historic Portomarín, Palas de Rei, Melide, and Arzúa, each offering its own piece of Camino history, culture, and local flavor.
6. After days of walking and discovery, arrive in Santiago de Compostela, where centuries of pilgrimage culminate at the magnificent cathedral. Collect your Compostela Pilgrim Certificate, soak in the energy of this extraordinary city, and celebrate reaching the end of your Camino. Finally, enjoy a guided visit to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela and reflect on the journey before saying your final Buen Camino.
